Location is Key
As with any property, make sure you fall in love with the location of the property you’re looking at. This is twice as important when considering beachfront properties. There isn’t much of a point in buying property, only to find out later on that it is located in the part of the beach with the murkiest water.
What makes beachfront real estate tricky is that saltwater corrodes everything much faster. Make sure that you ask a house inspector to take a look at the property before you finalize your purchase.
